Rental rates vary by day of the week:

$500/hour · 2-hour minimum
Wednesday & Thursday
Starting at $2,000
$1,000/hour · 2-hour minimum
Friday–Sunday
Starting at $3,000
$1,000/hour · 3-hour minimum
Maximum Capacity: 80 Guests — 56 indoors + 24 patio.

Important:
Food Service:
- Groups of fewer than 40 guests use lunch platter pricing; groups of more than 40 guests use dinner buffet pricing.
- An 18% gratuity is added to the final invoice.
The Barn Guidelines

- No nails, staples or tacks allowed
- No open flame
- No outside food or beverage
